• For those who choose the One-on-One Consultancy prices are determined by the size and nature of the business and the tools required for the transformation.

The videos are hosted on our website and are followed strictly on our website. This is to protect the content from piracy. Once you’ve signed up to our website and purchased your package, you’ll be able to access the full course for life and follow it at your own pace.

If we are offering the training through subscription or one-on-one consultancy, we will only focus on the department and only use the information relating to that particular department. The tools we use are extendable and will work with any size of business. If you buy the video training, however, you’ll be responsible for choosing which department to use to test the strategy before rolling it out in your entire system.

Yes, you can. If you are using the training videos, it’s up to you to choose how to go about it. Details have been provided in the videos and you only choose what to use and what not to. If you choose the subscription or one-on-one consultancy, our experts will work with you based on your business needs, test every stage and only roll it out when it’s ready and you’re satisfied with these results.

We use engagement letters that define the work and the associated fees before any work is performed. The letter is designed to prevent any misunderstandings and describes in detail the services to be rendered, fee ranges and other terms and conditions of the engagement. It is a contract determining our responsibilities and your responsibilities and sets both of our expectations for a successful relationship.

Depending on the services you choose, some are automated delivery systems immediately (like our digital training course and membership to our FB Group) and others may take a week or two of working with you to begin learning your patterns, behaviors, habits, desires, and wants for your work.  It is common for our relationship to hit it’s fully matured work level and be in full gear the way you want it within 4-6 weeks of our initial starting meeting.

We treat personal information confidentially and restrict access to personal information to those who require it to develop, support and deliver products and services to clients. Personal information will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Tax Goddess International employees & contractors, unless such a disclosure is required by law, or in a court proceeding.

Each employee & contractor of Tax Goddess International signs a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement which helps protect confidential information.
