The TGI Analysis Report is our flagship product for Business Owners and Entrepreneurs.  This report includes:

  • An in-depth review of your companies current situation, industry specific information, budget for change, pain points, top goals, and more
  • An analysis of what items can be changed and with what ROI
  • Specific, actionable recommendations that are customized to integrate with your business model, staff, and cost requirements

Our process is custom to each and every client as every business is different (systems in place, staffing needs, budget requirements, and so much more).  We use a combination of questionnaires, interviews, Q&A sessions, digital meetings, and other communication / information gathering methods to ensure that we understand your business (almost as well as you do!) before we start reviewing the over 400 strategies, systems, and options that we have for our clients to see what is the best fit for you and your needs.

Our process:

  • Complete our TGI – Needs Assessment (so we know a bit about you and your situation)
  • Discuss your situation with our Growth Team at your followup appointment (typically 30min-1hour)
  • Purchase a TGIAR package and sign related documents (Mutual NDAs, Engagement Letters, Etc)
  • Complete our TGIAR Organizer (this is where we ask you to give us some nitty gritty)
  • Our team reviews, questions, digs in, re-reviews, etc, etc, etc. and prepares your TGI Analysis Report (TGIAR) package
  • Delivery & Implementation
